Association approval is required prior to the closing or start of lease.

What is the Environmental Control Board (ECB)?

The Environmental Control Board (ECB) is a permanent committee of the Association and shall administer and perform the architectural and landscape review and control functions of the Association and the Sub-Associations. The ECB is committed to promoting the quality, aesthetic beauty, character and environment of Breakers West.
What property changes do I need ECB approval for?

Any changes or modifications to the exterior of your home or lot requires submission of an ECB application and approval from the ECB committee.
What side of the street can I park on?

Monday / Wednesday / Friday - Odd side of street parking

Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday - Even side of street parking

**There is no overnight (12am-6am) on-street parking permitted.
What are the trash pick up days?

Tuesday - Garbage & Recycling

Friday - Garbage, Yard Waste, and Bulk Garbage
